Meet Us

Howdy Honey was founded by Ashton Dierolf, a DFW native and lifelong entrepreneur, alongside her mom, Tracey. After running a successful Grapevine coffee shop from 2020 to 2024, Ashton set out to create a new space focused on community, craft, and creativity.

From slow-fermented sourdough to thoughtfully sourced coffee and an overall focus on wellness, every detail is guided by her passion for bringing people together.
